Effective date: February 25, 2026Lathered Cleaning Company Inc. (“Lathered,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Lathered Connect (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information.Lathered Connect is intended for internal use by Lathered staff and franchise team members.

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

• Account and profile information: name, email address, role/title, and location/region (as needed for internal operations).
• Workplace communications: messages sent through the App (including direct messages) and related details such as timestamps and recipients.
• Files and content you upload: photos, documents, and other files you choose to upload within the App, including content shared in a social/community area.
• Operational and HR information: onboarding/offboarding steps, hiring and training-related items, submitted forms, check-ins, stock order requests, time-off requests (PTO), sick days, and other workflow entries.
• Device and app activity information: basic technical information (such as device type and operating system version) and app performance data used to maintain and improve the App.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Support HR and operations workflows (including onboarding, offboarding, forms, check-ins, inventory/stock orders, PTO/sick days, and internal communication)
• Enable team communication and collaboration
• Improve reliability, security, and performance
• Respond to support and administrative requests

Lathered Connect may include a social/community area where team members can share content.

• You control what you upload and share.
• Content posted in social/community areas may be visible to other authorized team members.
• If you choose to upload content to a social media–specific area/tab, that content may be used internally for social media planning or posting based on your selection and the App’s sharing settings.

We do not sell personal information.We may share information:

• Within Lathered and with authorized franchise leadership/administrators, as needed to operate the business and support teams
• With service providers that help us run the App (for example, hosting/storage providers and services that support messaging or notifications). These providers may only process information to provide services to us.
• If required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Lathered and our users

We retain information for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes, including HR/operations needs, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcing our policies. When a team member leaves, access is removed and information may be retained according to internal retention practices and applicable laws.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can choose what you upload, including photos/files and social/community posts. You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information, subject to business and legal requirements.
