There is an initial franchise fee starting at $32,000 + GST.  This includes your rights to your geographical area, one week of training in the office and 1 week of cleaning training.  Assistance in setting up your e-mail account and all Lathered approved software.  We will also provide you with your first cleaning kit full of supplies, vacuum and mop.

You will want to have a lawyer go over all the legal documents full of legal jargon as well.  Our other franchises have found some they love if you need help finding one!

With your royalty fee of 7.5% of your monthly revenue, you will receive ongoing support through regularly scheduled online meetings (in person if you choose), all of our ever evolving systems, templates and tools. Ongoing training webinars and 24/7 access to support platforms that give you access to all the Lathered owners and their priceless advice.  You will never feel alone!

1.5% of this fee is dedicated to marketing.  We will know your audience and how to best grab their attention before you even open your doors.  With regular posts, newsletters and more all targeted to your local market, our media manager is dedicated to your growth and will help you get to where you want to be as fast as you want to get there.

Annual software fee of $5000 (subject to change).

While you're going to love us forever, your original franchise agreement is for 5 years.  After which you can decide to leave the Lathered Cleaning name, systems and clientele to find a new adventure or you can continue building your dream with us for another 5 years for simply the cost of the legal documents being created!

Forget the old school idea of needing 10 products from under the sink and we will arm you with the best products for the job while keeping you safe and minimizing the environmental impact at the same time. Even old dogs have jumped on board after trying our ways! In 2020 we took things even further and developed our own line of cleaning products. They are tried, tested and true to our non-toxic values.  Bonus is, you get them at a discounted rate!
